2,792 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE has confirmed 2,792 new cases of COVID-19 from 487,749 tests in the past 24 hours.

Another 1,166 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 762,379. 

Three patients have died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,198.

A total of 811,029 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 46,452 are currently active.
