INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Vegetable Tagine with Sesame Tofu Ingredients

• 3 onion sliced rings

• 3 tomatoes (sliced)

• 2 carrots (sliced)

• 2 zucchini (sliced)

• 2 large potatoes (1/4-inch-thick slices)

• 1 green pepper

• One lemon

• 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

• 1 teaspoon ginger

• 1 teaspoon cumin

• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

• Pinch saffron threads

• 1/4 cup olive oil

• handful of red or green olives

• 1 cup water

• 1 tablespoon cilantro
