BLUEBERRY AND LAVENDER FIZZ

Prep time: 5 minutes (plus standing time)
Serves: 2
 
80g SpinneysFOOD Blueberries
1 tbsp SpinneysFOOD Extra Fine Caster Sugar
3 star anise 
2 organic lavender flowers
140ml Brunswick Aces Spades Sapiir
SpinneysFOOD Ice
70ml soda water
 
1 Place the blueberries in a bowl and add the sugar and star anise. 
2 Break the lavender flowers into the blueberries and mix to combine. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. 
3 Place the infusion in a cocktail shaker with the Brunswick Aces and shake well to combine. 
4 Strain the drink into 2 glasses. 
5 Top up with the soda water and serve.
