The UAE has announced 346 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 42,982.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHaP) said 38,000 coronavirus tests were carried out nationwide.
Meanwhile, two more people have died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 293.
A total 732 people have recovered from the virus, making the total number of recoveries 28,861 in the country.
There are a total of 13,828 active cases across the emirates.
