More people buying electronic devices in the UAE

The UAE has witnessed an increase in sales of electronic devices.

That’s according to Hani Weiss, CEO OF Majid al Futtaim Retail, who told ARN News that this comes after many companies have introduced "remote work" options to contain the spread of COVID-19.

This also applies to students who are currently receiving education via e-learning platforms.

Weiss explained that this has prompted people to upgrade their laptops, mobile devices and tablets in order to increase connectivity.

He also shared some of the consumer buying patterns he noticed.
