Twitter/ @AUH

Passengers flying from Abu Dhabi are being advised to reach the airport four hours before their departure time.

It’s part of the precautionary measures against COVID-19 and takes into account the movement restrictions as well.

Abu Dhabi Airports has also called on travellers to check-in online and follow social distancing norms at the terminal.

Only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed entry and they must wear face masks and disposable gloves.

Thermal scanning will also take place and if the passenger’s destination requires blood tests, they will be carried out directly in the checking area.
