The UAE will allow GCC citizens to enter the country from 10:00 am on Saturday, March 21.

According to national news agency WAM, the procedure will be in place until further notice.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation added that all GCC citizens will undergo special screening upon arrival, and 14-day home quarantine.

Those who do not own a residence will be quarantined at special outlets decided by the competent authorities.

These are part of precautionary measures taken to contain the spread of COVID-19.
