UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has held talks with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on strengthening economic and development cooperation between the two countries.

In a telephone call on Friday, the two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and explored ways to expand collaboration in key sectors, including economic growth and long-term development.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening ties and building on what they described as strong historic relations between the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.

They also exchanged views on a range of regional and international issues of mutual concern.

Prime Minister Sharif thanked the UAE for its continued support, praising what he called high-impact development initiatives in Pakistan and highlighting the positive trajectory of relations between the two countries.
