A UAE media delegation has visited Kuwait’s Ministry of Information as part of an official programme organised by the Dubai Press Club.

The visit highlights the strong historic ties between the UAE and Kuwait and aims to boost cooperation and knowledge‑sharing in the media sector.

Led by Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, the delegation toured television and radio studios, production facilities, digital platforms, and archiving units, including advanced 4K studios.

Al Marri said the visit offered valuable insights into Kuwait’s media experience and supports closer collaboration between media institutions in both countries.

Kuwaiti officials welcomed the delegation, describing the visit as a reflection of shared goals in advancing Arab media.

Kuwait’s Assistant Undersecretary for the Radio and Television Sector, Turki Abdullah Al Mutairi, highlighted the visit as a reflection of the fraternal ties and shared vision for advancing Arab media.

The UAE delegation includes over 100 senior media figures, including editors, journalists, content creators and influencers.

The visit also brought together Kuwaiti media professionals, writers, and opinion leaders, reinforcing long-standing collaboration between the two nations.
