The UAE says it is "deeply concerned" and ready to help following a helicopter crash carrying the president of Iran.
President Ebrahim Raisi and a number of officials are missing following a crash as they crossed mountainous terrain during heavy fog.
The UAE Ambassador to Iran, His Excellency Saif Mohamed Al Zaabi, extended his prayers and sincere wishes of success to the search and rescue operation and stated that the UAE is ready and available to assist the search.
