The UAE's Dar Al Ber Society has opened a masjid in Uganda's capital.
According to national news agency WAM, this comes as part of the philanthropic organisation's mandate to deliver humanitarian initiatives and projects.
The new place of worship is located in the Imbiji area, 80 kilometres from the Ugandan capital, Kampala.
