UAE Ambassador receives highest national honour in Brazil

Brazil has awarded UAE Ambassador Saleh Ahmed Al Suwaidi with the highest national honour for his role in strengthening ties between the two countries during his tenure.

The Grand Collar of the National Order of the Southern Cross was handed over to Al Suwaidi during a ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.

Brazil's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Middle East and Africa, Carlos Duarte, commended the progress made between the two countries, highlighting the growth of investments in the country from UAE.

Al Suwaidi thanked the Brazilin leadership for the honour and reaffirmed the UAE's commitment to foster a relationship with Brazil.
