Another 56,887 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the UAE in the past 24 hours.
The total number of doses provided so far stands at 16,795,717 with a distribution rate of 169.82 doses per 100 people.
Around 70.5 per cent of the UAE population is fully vaccinated, while 78.87 per cent has received the first dose.
