Sharjah census project officially begins

Data gathering for the Sharjah Census project officially begins today, with field visits covering all residences, government departments and commercial properties in the emirate. More than 1,800 researchers, observers and volunteers are involved in the process which runs daily until November 20. Authorities are urging participants to cooperate with officials during the field visits between 3pm-10pm. The initiative aims to provide accurate statistical data on economic, social and demographic sectors in Sharjah.
