Sharjah bans trucks from roads during fog

WAM

Trucks and other heavy vehicles will be banned on Sharjah roads when visibility is reduced due to foggy weather conditions.

In a directive issued on Friday, Sharjah Police explained the move will enhance road safety.

Violators will be fined AED 500 and get 4 black points on their driving licence.

These vehicles will be able to use the roads when the foggy condition has cleared.
