New programme aims to jump-start careers of UAE talent pool

Dubai Holding has launched an Early Careers Programme to attract, nurture and accelerate the career path of high-potential UAE talent.

It will offer two programmes - Internship and Graduate - providing structured career development opportunities for students and fresh graduates.

Through immersive learning, cross-sector exposure and guided mentorship, this global programme will be open for UAE nationals and international graduates.

Applications are now open for the 18-week Internship Programme that begins in June and the 12-month Leaders of Tomorrow that will kick-off in August.

It's part of Dubai Holding's efforts to create meaningful career pathways while supporting the national talent development goals.

"Our Group's presence in 10 dynamic sectors offers young professionals diverse career pathways to explore their passions and develop cross-functional expertise," explained Fatma Hussain, Chief People Officer at Dubai Holding.

"This programme provides participants with hands-on experience, executive mentorship and foundational skills that align with our commitment to developing UAE talent for long-term success."
