His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has met with several world leaders on the sidelines of the World Government Summit.
During talks with Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government, Sheikh Mohammed discussed various aspects of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fields of economy and investment.
They also discussed several regional and global topics of mutual interest to the two nations.
Sheikh Mohammed also met with Faustin-Archange Touadéra, President of the Central African Republic.
They witnessed the signing of a bilateral agreement focused on establishing collaboration to share expertise on government excellence. Through the agreement, the UAE seeks to share its experience in enhancing government operations and creating a model for raising government efficiency.
