In a move to honour long-serving healthcare professionals, Golden Visas will be granted to nursing staff at Dubai Health who have served for more than 15 years.

This comes following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister.

The decision, announced on International Nurses Day, recognises the vital role nurses play in advancing healthcare and supporting community well-being.

Sheikh Hamdan praised the dedication of nursing staff, calling them frontline partners in building a healthier society and affirming Dubai’s commitment to rewarding excellence and service.

The initiative reflects the UAE’s continued support for healthcare workers and its investment in strengthening the medical sector.
