Dubai airlifts more aid to flood-hit Pakistan

Dubai has airlifted another batch of relief supplies to help those affected by the recent floods in Pakistan.

It's the 18th such aid flight to be dispatched from the International Humanitarian City to Pakistan in cooperation with various international organisations.

So far, 175 tonnes of essential supplies have been sent from Dubai to Pakistan's flood-hit areas.

It comes following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
