Doctors will no longer have to work for six months in one facility before being able to transfer their license to another. Officials at the Ministry of Health have eliminated the six month rule with the aim of enhancing health services across the UAE and giving doctors flexibility to move around. Dr. Pietie Loubser, Chief Clinical Officer at Mediclinic Middle East tells ARN why this is a step in the right direction.
