The UAE's 'Hope Consortium' for COVID-19 vaccines has expanded its global reach with the addition of eight new international freight forwarder partners.
The consortium, led by the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi, is a public-private partnership which helps tackle the logistical challenges of distributing the vaccines globally.
Its new partners will help meet the complex requirements of maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the vaccines during transport.
Bolloré Logistics, CEVA Logistics, DB Schenker, DHL, FedEx Express, MICCO Logistics, RSA Global and UPS are the latest companies that have come on board.
