Coronavirus: Guidelines issued for UAE educational institutions

The UAE's Ministry of Education has issued new guidelines on coronavirus for educational institutions.

It has asked schools and universities to provide two weeks leave to students and staff who have recently travelled to China.

They can also stay at home if any of their family members have returned from China during the past 14 days.

The directive applies even if they don't show any symptoms of the virus.

Authorities say it's a precautionary measure, and there's no cause for concern.
