Users of Al Hosn app are being urged to be extra careful while sharing their green pass online as it contains confidential personal data.

In a Tweet, the app's developer said the data can be compromised and misused if shared incorrectly.

Al Hosn is the UAE's official app for COVID-19 test results and vaccine registry.

A Green Pass is required for entering most public places and attractions in Abu Dhabi.

Fully vaccinated individuals will get a 14-day Green Pass after receiving a negative PCR test result.
