The all-ladies park in Al Rahba in the capital is set to be transformed into a family-oriented facility. The Abu Dhabi Municipality is redeveloping the Al Sharia Park, located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, beside Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Highway. The new development will include a “bio-dome”, festival halls, retail outlets and cafes. It will also feature a women’s health centre and spa, pools, playgrounds, camping barbeque areas and a nursery.
