Abu Dhabi schools relax PCR testing requirements

Archive / ADEK

Abu Dhabi Schools will now accept PCR test results with a 28-day validity, for students below the age of 16.

Test results for younger students aged under 16 were previously valid for only 14 days.

Private and charter schools in the emirate have also informed parents that students aged 16 and above still need to provide a negative test every 14-days to enter school grounds or board a school bus.

Pupils aged 16 and above must present a green Al Hosn app status to enter school premises in Abu Dhabi.
