Abu Dhabi Education Council shuts down all villa schools

NULL

All 72 villa schools in the capital have been shut down by the Abu Dhabi Education Council. It’s part of ADEC’s plan to ensure a safe and healthy school environment for students. The council has stressed that the villa schools did not comply with their policies and lacked laboratories, well-stocked libraries and sufficient sports facilities. Following the closure, an additional 20,000 school seats have been offered to pupils across modern, purpose-built schools in the capital.
