5 more COVID-19 patients recover in UAE

The UAE has announced that five more people have recovered from COVID-19 in the country.

That's according to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), which announced that this brings the total number of people who have recovered from the virus to 17 in the Emirates. 

Ministry officials have revealed that three of the patients were from the UAE, while the remaining two were from Egypt and Morocco. 

Earlier on Tuesday, the ministry announced that 15 new cases of the novel coronavirus were detected in the country. 

This brings the total number of cases in the UAE to 74, out of which 57 are active cases.
