The UAE's non-oil foreign trade has reached a "historic" record of AED 1.937 trillion during the first half of 2026, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced on Sunday.
In a post on social media platform X, His Highness praised the first-time achievement, which rose by 13.1 per cent compared to the same period in 2025.
He added that the UAE's non-oil exports also achieved a new record of 452.8 billion dirhams, up 23.9 per cent compared to last year.
The UAE also achieved AED 304.3 billion in trade volume with countries under active Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements (CEPA).
"These figures are not just trade data... but numbers that reflect the strength of our economy... the effectiveness of our development choices... and the world's confidence in the UAE," said His Highness.
