1. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to students, teachers, and parents residing in the UAE.
• Participants must be affiliated with a school in UAE (as a student, teacher, or parent) and provide accurate details during registration.
• Participating students must be from age 10 and above.

2. Selection Process

• Schools will be selected at the sole discretion of the radio station based on availability, location, and suitability.
• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee a visit.

3. Prizes

• Prizes may include tablets, wireless headphones, exclusive merchandise, and other promotional items given at the disretion of the presenters and/or sponsors.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The radio station reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value.

4. School Visit

• Visits will only happen between 15th September and 3rd October 2025 and will be based on mutual availability. 
• The radio station team will coordinate directly with the school’s point of contact to finalize logistics and the date of the school visit. 

5. Consent and Media Release

• By registering, participants and schools agree to allow the radio station to take photos, videos, and audio recordings during the visit.
• These materials may be used for promotional purposes across the radio station’s platforms.

6. Data Protection

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• All data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

7. General Conditions

• The radio station reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the radio station
• In the event of any dispute, ARN’s decision shall be final and binding.
• ARN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
