His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, is leading the UAE delegation to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2023) in Russia.
The UAE is taking part in the four-day event as a 'Guest of Honour', with Sheikh Saud attending on behalf of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The UAE delegation includes representatives of a number of ministries, institutions, government agencies and major companies in the public and private sectors.
