1. Participants' Eligibility Criteria
   • The participant must be a resident of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
   • Employees and immediate family members of the employees working with Arabian Radio Network (ARN), Dubai Holding, Air Arabia, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Chemist Warehouse, Danube, Fun City, Villamoura Café & Restaurant, O Gold App, Wingstop and Phars Film are not eligible to participate.
   • Participants must be at least twenty one (21) years old and eligible for international travel.
   • Participants are available to travel from Abu Dhabi Airport from June 1 to 4, 2025. Refer to the Air Arabia’s flight schedule below:
     • Abu Dhabi to Yerevan: June 1 at 9AM
     • Yerevan to Abu Dhabi: June 4 at 6:35PM
   • All participants must hold a valid passport and UAE Residence Visa with at least 6 months’ validity from June 5, 2025.
      
2. Entry Mechanics
   • Participants must agree to participate in a live on-air face-off to win the seat.
   • ARN reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
      
3. Winner Selection
   • Final winners will be determined by ARN.
   • Winners should meet the above Participants Eligibility Criteria and Entry Mechanics.
   • Winners are responsible for securing their own tourist visa and travel insurance to Armenia at the participant’s own expense.

4. Prize Details
   • Round-trip airfare from Abu Dhabi to Armenia via Air Arabia
   • Fixed Schedule Ground transfers between Dubai and Abu Dhabi (optional)
   • 3-night hotel accommodation
   • Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner
   • Planned group tours with an English-speaking guide
   • Airport transfers in Yerevan
     
     All winners must adhere to the official group itinerary provided by ARN. Any expenses outside of the planned itinerary are the winner's responsibility.
      
5. Conditions of Travel
   • All winners must travel on the group itinerary as scheduled by ARN, departing June 1, 2025 and returning June 4, 2025.
   • No changes to dates, flights, or destinations are permitted.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate services.
   • Hotel will be on a single occupancy basis.
   • Participants must be in good physical condition, as the tour may involve extended walking and exposure to diverse weather conditions.
   • ARN and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during travel.
      
6. Promotion and Media Consent
   • By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in photo and video documentation of the experience.
   • ARN reserves the right to use any such material across its radio, digital, social, print and TV platforms without further compensation or approval.
   • Winners may be required to participate in post-trip interviews or promotional content.
      
7. Modification and Liability
   • ARN reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any part of the promotion, including itinerary changes, travel logistics, or participant selection, at its discretion.
   • ARN accepts no responsibility for missed flights, denied visas, or any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events.
      
8. Disputes
   • All decisions by ARN regarding this promotion are final and binding.
   • In the event of a dispute, ARN’s decision shall prevail.
   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
