1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) aged 18 years and above. They must hold must hold a valid Emirates ID as proof of residency.
2. Entry:
• By entering, participants confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Any entry containing false, misleading, or incomplete information will be disqualified.
3. Entry Limit:
• Previous winners of any ARN station competitions within the last 30 days are not eligible to win.
4. Prize:
• The prize is a ticket to one of the four theme parks in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; namely,
Ferrari World Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Yas Island Abu Dhabi,
Yas Waterworld Yas Island Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Yas Island Abu Dhabi, for the winner to use at the Big Day Out on 23rd May 2026.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• ARN reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Publicity and Promotion:
• By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities including photographs, videos, and interviews.
• These materials may be used by ARN and Miral across all media platforms including radio, websites, social media, and print.
• Winners consent to the sharing of their personal information (e.g., name, contact details) with ARN for prize fulfillment and promotional purposes.
6. Waiver of Liability:
• Participation in the event may involve physical activities and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
• ARN shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all venue rules and guidelines.
7. ARN General Competition Terms and Conditions:
• The general competition terms and conditions of ARN, available on each ARN radio station’s website, apply in full.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and any additional rules specific to this competition.
• In the event of any dispute, ARN’s decision shall be final and binding.
