Polpete- Meatballs with Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients: 

To make the meatball: 

Angus beef brisket, 

Minced Lamb fat 

Sour bread, crust off 

Milk 

Minced garlic 

Parsley 

Salt 

Egg, beaten 

Black pepper 

Parmesan Cheese 

Olive oil 

Sunflower oil 

To make the dip: 

Greek Yogurt 

Cucumber 

Garlic salsa 

Mint Dill leaves

Coriander leaves 

Instructions: 

Fry the meatball at 180 degrees to get a golden color, then put it in in the oven for five minutes. 

Spread the tzatziki dip in the middle of the plate, and add the meatball on top. 

Garnish with dill leave, mint, coriander salad, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
