2-3 sprigs SpinneysFOOD Fresh Mint, plus extra for serving
1 sprig SpinneysFOOD Fresh Coriander
1 x 5cm piece freshly grated ginger
120ml Agalima Margarita Mix
1 cup SpinneysFOOD Ice
SpinneysFOOD Sea Salt, for serving
1 In a blender, blitz together the cucumber juice, mint, coriander, ginger, margarita mix and ice.
2 Pour into salt-rimmed glasses, top with a sprig of mint and serve.
