Dr. Shatha Almutawa, director of Kutubna Cultural Center, is a poet, scholar, editor, and translator. She founded Kutubna to celebrate Khaleeji and Arab writing, aiming to make literature more accessible. Inspired by her diverse cultural experiences, she created an inclusive space for arts, culture, and community engagement in Dubai. Kutubna Cultural Center, offers programs for mothers re-entering the workforce, including workshops, support groups, and a reading group.
