Joyce Azzam is the first Lebanese woman to conquer the Seven Summits, holds multiple degrees, and serves as a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador for Lebanon. Now, she's facing the challenge of motherhood with an 8-week-old baby, which she considers her toughest feat yet.
