Just ahead of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2020, Dubai's Crown Prince has challenged the public to make a change by pledging 30 minutes every day for 30 days.

In its fourth edition, the fitness campaign runs between October 30 and November 28.
In a statement issued last week, Sheikh Hamdan said: "I challenge each and every one of you to embrace your fitness journey and make a difference in your life. Together, let’s make the UAE the most active country in the world."
