The Premier League have postponed Wednesday's match between Manchester City and Arsenal as a "precautionary measure".

A decision to postpone the game was made after it was revealed Arsenal staff had come into contact with Olympiacos owner, Evangelos Marinakis, who has been diagnosed with coronavirus.

Several Gunners players have been placed in self-isolation.

The Premier League confirmed there are no plans to postpone any other matches as "all necessary measures (have been) taken".
