England have finished their European Championships qualifying campaign with a 100 per cent record. They’re only the sixth team in history to do so, and it follows their 3-0 victory in Lithuania last night. Roy Hodgson’s men were 2-0 up by half-time, Ross Barkley's deflected shot giving them the lead before an effort from Harry Kane's came back off the post and rebounded in off the helpless Lithuania goalkeeper Giedrius Arlauskis. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's powerful strike then extended their advantage on the hour mark. Elsewhere, Slovakia’s 4-2 win in Luxembourg, and Russia’s 2-0 win over Montenegro, secured their places in France next summer.
