FRANCK FIFE / AFP

England are through to the quarter-finals of the Women's World Cup after a controversial win over Cameroon.

The African side had two VAR decisions go against them, resulting in dramatic on-field protests.

However, in the end goals from Steph Houghton, Ellen White and Alex Greenwood sent England through to face Norway on Thursday.

Elsewhere, hosts France edged past Brazil 2-1 to reach the quarter-finals.
