Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have moved up to second in the Indian Premier League (IPL) standings after beating Lucknow Super Giants by 18 runs.
Faf du Plessis' quick-fire 96 (64 balls) helped Bangalore post 181 for six after being sent into bat.
In reply, Lucknow were restricted to 163 for 8 with Josh Hazlewood taking four wickets (4-25).
Krunal Pandya (42 off 28 balls) was Lucknow's top scorer, while skipper KL Rahul chipped in with 30 runs (24 balls).
The defeat saw LSG slump to fourth in the ten-team points table.
