Australia retain Ashes after thrilling win

Australia have retained the Ashes thanks to a scintillating win over England in the fourth Test at Old Trafford.

On what was a dramatic final evening, the hosts lost their last wicket with 13.3 overs left in the day ending a lion-hearted resistance England.

The 185-run victory gives the tourists an unassailable 2-1 series lead.

The fifth and final match of the series gets underway at The Oval on September 12.
