Several parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi recorded rainfall of varying intensities on Wednesday.
On their official Twitter handle, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) recorded rainfall in Al Dhaid, Al Rahbah, Al Bahiya and Al Shahmah, Abu Dhabi island, Yas island, Al Shawamekh, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Sweihan, Qarnain Island and Liwa.
It added that the rainy weather is likely to continue until Thursday.

Meanwhile, authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution while driving in rainy conditions.
