UAE President: Safety of citizens, residents is top priority

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has reaffirmed that the safety and security of citizens and residents is the top priority of the UAE government.

Sheikh Mohamed also expressed his appreciation for the level of awareness and responsibility demonstrated by people during the adverse weather conditions witnessed across the country recently.

He has directed the concerned authorities to provide necessary support to all families impacted by the severe weather, including the transfer of those affected to safe locations.

His Highness hailed the efforts of emergency response teams in managing rescue and evacuation operations and highlighted the spirit of solidarity displayed by the UAE community.
