UAE confirms National Day holidays for private sector

The UAE has announced a three-day break for the private sector to mark the country's National Day and Commemoration Day.

According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), the private sector workers will be off from Thursday, December 1, to Saturday, December 3.

Work will resume on Monday, December 5.

The announcement is based on the UAE Cabinet's decision to unify the holidays for the public and private sectors.
