RTA offers easy vehicle plate replacement service

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has created a simple solution for motorists who may have lost their car registration plate in the recent extreme weather and need to get a replacement.

Many vehicles were stuck in flood water, with drivers having to deal with the aftermath, including costly repairs, electrical problems and missing number plates.

To apply for a lost vehicle plate replacement customers simply need to apply through the RTA website then visit one of the following centres to receive the plate: Shamil Al Qusais, AG Cars Al Mamzar, Al Mumayaz Aswaq Mizher, ⁠Tajdeed, Tamam centre, Al Mutakamela Al Awir, Al Mutakamela Al Quoz, Al Mumayaz Barsha Mall, ⁠Wasel Al Jaddaf.

Dubai Police is also offering a simplified service.
