Employees of federal government entities in the UAE have been allowed to work remotely on Tuesday, April 16, due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions.
The decision, which was announced by the UAE Cabinet, does not apply to jobs that require on-site presence at the workplace.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology, the weather is set to be highly unstable until Wednesday, with rainfall of varying intensities, accompanied by lightning, thunder and possibly hail.
