Now, wheelchair services available at mall entrances

In-line with Dubai’s vision to become an accessible city for people with determination, Mall of the Emirates has introduced a new service.

Complimentary wheelchairs are now available from designated cabinets at the mall’s entrances, so that it can be picked up straight away and dropped back on the way out.

Previously wheelchairs were only available from Customer Service desks.

It’s hoped that this move will create an easier shopping experience.

Director of Mall of the Emirates, Hussain Moosa, told ARN News why it's an important initiative for the mall.
