There have been no deaths related to COVID-19 in the UAE over the past 24 hours.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces shared the information on Twitter.
He expressed his "deepest gratitude to our frontline heroes" and praised the wider community for their "commitment to adhering to precautionary measures".
Sheikh Mohamed added that we must continue our collective efforts in tackling this challenge.

The remaining figures for Wednesday related to new infections and recoveries have not been announced yet.
As of Tuesday, the UAE had confirmed a total of 55,573 COVID-19 cases, 46,025 recoveries and 335 deaths. The number of active cases is 9,213.
