His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has congratulated an 11-year-old boy for reading 300 books in a year.
Sultan Salem Al Mazrouie is the winner of the UAE round of this year's Arab Reading Challenge.
The avid reader saw off competition from more than 450,000 other pupils in the country.

Al Mazrouie will now represent the UAE in the next round of the annual event.
More than 21 million students from 51 nations are participating in the challenge this year.
